Service Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of any HR or staffing service by submitting a written notice via email to india@cservecorp.net, care@cservecorp.net
Cancellation terms:
- For one-time recruitment or staffing projects: Cancellation is only accepted within 48 hours of service agreement.
- For ongoing staffing or HR services: Cancellations require a minimum 14-day notice before the next billing cycle.
- If work has already begun, partial charges may apply based on hours spent and resources allocated.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Service cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and before any service delivery has begun.
- In cases where Cserve Corporation is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service due to internal limitations.
- Overpayments or duplicate transactions will be refunded after validation.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
- Digital deliverables, such as reports, assessments, and consultation documents, once shared.
- Onboarding or setup fees for new staffing projects.
- Time-based HR consulting services that have already been rendered.
Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment unless otherwise requested.
Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
Cserve Corporation reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the terms outlined above. If you believe a charge was made in error or need assistance, please contact our support team immediately.
Dispute resolution process:
- Email us at india@cservecorp.net, care@cservecorp.net within 7 days of payment.
- Include your service agreement ID, invoice number, and detailed reason for dispute.
- Our billing team will review and respond within 3 business days.
