Shipping (Digital Delivery) Policy

Since our offerings include customized staffing solutions, recruitment reports, candidate profiles, and HR consultancy documents, all deliverables are shared via secure digital channels:

• Email Communication: Final reports, candidate details, and supporting documentation are sent to the registered client email.
• Client Dashboard Access (if applicable): Deliverables may be uploaded to a secure client portal for real-time access and download.
• No Physical Shipping: As a digital-first company, we do not ship any physical items. All services and assets are electronically delivered.

We aim for prompt delivery of all digital assets within the mutually agreed timeline specified at the time of project onboarding or service initiation.

Exchange & Rework Policy

Due to the custom nature of HR and staffing services, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, client satisfaction remains our top priority. Our policies around revisions and rework are as follows:

• No Exchange for Custom Deliverables: Deliverables such as shortlisted candidate profiles, recruitment analytics, or HR strategy documents are custom-developed for each client and hence are non-exchangeable.
• Revisions or Adjustments: If the delivered service does not align with the agreed scope, clients may request a revision. Any revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
• Scope-Based Rework: Rework will be assessed based on the initial service agreement. If the requested changes fall outside the original scope, additional charges may apply.
